Need any questions answered before checkout? Waited more than 20 minutes but your package still has not arrived? Ask the community/staff on Discord, or for payment support, submit a support ticket on our website.

Please note that all purchases are final and once you purchase your package, you cannot be refunded.

Import Information

1. We are not associated with Mojang AB or Enjin and all purchases will go toward helping support VoidFlame Network.
2. You do not need a PayPal account. Checkout is done through PayPal but you can use any credit/debit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
3. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS! Please be sure to read our entire Terms and Conditions
4. We do are best to ensure that ranks/perks are fair to everyone on the server. We do NOT sell anything that cannot be achieved through free play. If you feel that any perk would give an unfair advantage, please share your questions/concerns with us!
5. If you are buying for another person, please make sure you create a separate account so that the purchase does not interfere with your rank or permissions. NOTE: IF YOU BUY FOR ANOTHER PERSON, THEY WILL OWN THE RANK AND YOU CANNOT INTERFERE WITH IT. PURCHASES ARE LINKED TO YOUR MINECRAFT UUID.
6. Please allow a time span of at least 5 to receive notification that your purchase has been completed. If more than 5 minutes passes, please submit a ticket on the website, and we will look into the issue as soon as we can.
7. Make sure that you are on the server and that your inventory is completely empty before completing a purchase and while waiting for it to finish.
